Add Income Item for Snow Removal (Duplex Sidewalks)
(Note: On February 10, 2025, a special meeting was held with EBD and Duplex,Townhome unit owners and amendments to ByLaws and Declaration.) Add income entry to Financial Statement (click to view) since corresponding Expense Listed on Financial Statement at $1,600 (2024 amount click to view). It is understood that total amount is somewhat negligible at $10/Duplex on 6 units with sidewalk or $720; it allows us to easily compare Collected Income to actual Snow Removal Expenses for the Forecast/Budget Calendar Year. It is also suggested that current $10/Duplex be increased since 2024 Estimated EOY EXPENSE amount was $1,645. Either increase income or decrease actual expense amount, or combination of both. This item was discussed via email in 2024 after Annual Meeting along with mentioned in Certified Mail to Paradigm Properties Group (click to view) on March 14, 2024.
