    I replied to Keith Cooper at paradigm properties group:
    Mr Cooper - Quick email to relay my thanks for generating a response from the BOD president along with our Management Company. I believe you may have asked our property manager to respond. While not providing any input, details or clarifying information, both relayed similar messages that they will NOT acknowledge BlossomHilHOA.org - why - I don't know!

    The "questions and concerns" were emailed in a proactive manner and I was trying to be as detailed as possible which is why I used BlossomHilHOA.org. I even tried to use hyperlinks to simplify delivery.  

    I recall discussing a website to publish information that could be used by fellow home owners! I believe that facebook was selected to allow efficient homeowner communication?

    What's interesting to note is that we also discussed the ByLaws and other documents like the Violation Policy that some now want to make amendments too!

    I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt and requesting that you review the OPEN SUGGESTIONS (I hyperlinked the suggestions below) at www.BlossomHillHOA.org site. I assume that you represent ALL the HomeOwners owners that live in the HOA neighborhood!

    As elected directors, you are the eyes and years that represent us?? So help me understand better by responding to the following suggestions:

    1. Suggestion 1 - simple suggestion to Add Income Item for Snow Removal (Duplex Sidewalks)?
    2. Suggestion 2 - What's the status of your notification in September 2024?
    3. Suggestion 3 - Can 2025 Landscaper Vender mow new buffer area?
    4. Suggestion 4 - several questions after reviewing the ByLaws and Declaration Amendment docs
    5. Suggestion 5 - are Trampoline(s) already included in our Rules and Regulations?

    I omitted sending to our property management company cause we inherited the relationship and quite honestly, might be the problem.

    I know that if any of you were involved with a trampoline blowing in a high storm winds causing property damage that you would ask the following question:

    • What was done by the HOA to identify and/or relay current violations of non-compliance to the property HOA owner during the violation as noted in the Policy of Violation Procedure?
    • Was there a letter or email sent allowing 10 Business days to correct?
    • There's a Violation Policy Procedure once Follow-up began and that should have been happening?
    • The Board (You) has the authority to instruct the Community Manager(s) to accelerate and/or implement any of the above Strike One and Two violation(s) processes dependent upon the severity or urgency of the non-compliant issue. Did that happen?

    Please advise what happened so the property damage can be repaired and at what stage of the violation were in - Strike One, Two or Three?
