• Blossom Hill HOA Annual Meeting on Monday June 9th at 5PM!

    Received following email regarding upcoming Meeting on May 16, 2025

    Following items from 2024 annual meeting from Meeting Notes remain open:

    • incorrect single home unit count continues on Reserve Study completed in 2024? Suggest you request Reserve Study vendor correct number of units to 74.
    • BOD Election for two positions that are up for vote? 
    • January Special HOA Meeting Notes still not available. Rec'd 2/10/2025 Special Meeting Notes that were emailed by Property Manager on Wed, May 7, 10:13 AM!
    • Did you experience involuntarily ETF to checking for increased amount effective 1/1/2025?

    Following items referred to Blossom Hills HOA BOD for discussion at Annual Meeting on Mon May 5th & June 9th:

    5/3/2024 Note: David and Jami Glick, owners of the farm adjacent and south of Cambridge Lane, just planted Corn and Soy Beans. They also relayed that one additional herbicide treatment, consisting of Roundup and/or Atrazine, is scheduled and forthcoming. Please do not be exposed after treatment from the top of hill adjacent to Cambridge Lane or in the swale that has easement next to property line.

    6/3/2024: Second treatment completed by Glick's as noted above! Appears David Glick allowing buffer area due to plant rows and recent herbicide treatment. An additional Buffer Area was noted and provides additional space between existing property line and treated area.

    4/23/2025 - Update - The Glick's sprayed again on Wednesday April 23rd as noted in following pictures. Picture 1 taken looking out from dinner table Picture 2 Picture 3

    • Section 5406. Purchaser's right to cancel - In cases where delivery of a public offering statement is required under section 5401 .  .  .  Unless a purchaser is given the public offering statement, including all the currently effective amendments thereof, within the time period referred to in the preceding sentence, the purchaser, before conveyance, may cancel the contract within seven days, after first receiving the public offering statement and all currently effective amendments. See Section 5406 for additional detail and information.

    • 2024 Annual Meeting - Monday, March 25, 2024, at 6:00 PM for the Blossom Hill Homeowner's Association Annual Members Meeting. The meeting was held at Derry Township Senior Citizen Center.
    • Don't forget HOA Rates increased effective February 1, 2024 to:
      • Single Homes - $67
      • Duplex w/sidewalks - $200
      • Duplex NoSidewalk - $190
      • Townhouse - $161
