Can 2025 Landscaper Vender mow new buffer area created by the Glick’s?

(Note: On February 10, 2025, a special meeting was held with EBD and Duplex,Townhome unit owners.) Requesting new buffer area (See Pictures) created by Dave & Jami Glick to existing boundary south of Cambridge Ln, east of Mifflin County Potters Field Cemetery, to the top of existing hill that was discussed at the 2024 Annual Meeting. This mowing of additional area can be offset with existing mowing on opposite side of Geisinger Ln (See Pictures) provided vender understands new area to mow and offset to existing mowing south of Cambridge Ln comprised mostly duplex/townhomes style homes. No additional mowing fees that vender charges contemplated due to offset.

Appears current Mowing Vendor does more than required lawn mowing based on following pictures (click to open and view pictures – 1 2 3) taken Thursday May 15, 2025.

Moreover, the Blossom Hill Home Owners need to vote on this suggestion.
