• About Us

  • Blossom Hill community is located perfectly between Harrisburg and State College in Lewistown, Pennsylvania. Comprised of 99 homes bordering rolling farm fields, Blossom Hill is a mix of single-family homes, duplexes,  and townhomes. The Association maintains all open common spaces, community walk paths, cluster mailboxes, and more for the members.

    The Declaration of Blossom Hill A Planned Community, pursuant to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Uniform Planned Community Act 68 Pa. C.S. 5101 was filled in Mifflin County on June 24, 2008 BK0578 PG 2571/2610 by the Declarant DGB Properties, LP. There was an additional property sale completed April 30, 2015 to Davis C & Jamie L Glick. 

  • The Bylaws of Blossom Hill Home Owners Association was adopted June 26, 2008 and signed by officers of DGB Properties, LP as Declarants.

    Last Annual Blossom Hill HOA Meeting was Tuesday April 11, 2023.

    The last Exhibit G, Blossom Hill, A Planned Community HOA Rules and Regulations was revised and re-adopted in June 2023. The three documents are the "Governing Documents" for Blossom Hill Homeowners Association and are available for download.  As of September 2023, the Blossom Hill Planned Community is transitioning and will be formally again be re-filed to Blossom Hill Homeowners Association when completed.
