Rezoning & Other Status reported in September 2024 Notification
What is the Rezoning Status that Paradigm informed us in September, 2024 giving us a heads up regarding upcoming change to the zoning from R3 to R2? The local planning authority has decided to switch the zoning for our area to medium-density residential from R3 Residential. Paradigm also attached a Zoning image of the development to help us understand the zoning change.
Additionally, Blossom Hill HOA will notify Mifflin County Court House to remove DGB Properties LP as Declarant – correct?
Also had Blossom Hill Community Fall Yard Sale, Sewer Inspection and Solar Panel Policy info?
